Books & Videos
• Books can be purchased or rented both at the store and online.
• Videos can be purchased both at the store and online. However, renting is available only from within the store.
• Thousands of books and movies are available in the store and online. In case, a specific one is missing, Request for those will be taken at both the store and online.
• Purchase Policy
o Books or movies can be purchased either online or by email or at the store or by phone.

o Books and movies can be hand delivered in the cities where there is a physical presence of EveningHour.com. A flat charge of Rs.10 will be levied for each delivery on a sale.
o Shipping charges will be applied for the other locations where the books have to be shipped.
o Usually, books or movies (up on subject to availability) will be delivered with in 24-48 hours.
o A special request can be placed for the books/movies that are not immediately available at the store and we will genuinely give our efforts to get it for you.

• Rental Policy
o Books can be rented from online or from library at the store.
o DVDs can be rented from only within the store or to watch in the mini-theater.
o Rentals are available to the members as per the rental packages plan.
o For non-members, it will be by book/movie basis.
 Full rate money will have to be put as a deposit and the book will have to be returned in a month.
 A 20% charge per book will be discounted. However, book should be maintained in good condition.
 Management reserves the right to deduct the appropriate amount or even deny the return based on the condition of the book.
 For movies, double the amount of the DVD MRP is required as deposit. The DVD rental is Rs.50.
 DVD should be returned in good condition. If by any chance, the DVD is ruined, amount will be deducted for the MRP price.

• Library
o A selection of books, magazines and newspapers will be available at the store for library members exclusively.
o A monthly package is applicable for the same.
o Members are requested to use this facility with discretion.

• Conference/Entertainment room
o A private space with good acoustics is available at the store. A 6’*4’ screen is available for any projections. This can be reserved and used for
 Watching movies
 Holding conferences
 Small size parties
o Customer can bring his own movie or use a movie from within the store. If it is customer’s DVD, it will be thoroughly checked so that this room is not used for any improper activity. An additional rental will apply if a movie is picked from within the store.
o The charge is on hourly basis and is Rs.150 per hour. A minimum of 2 hours is must for a film viewing or 1 hour for a conference.

• Cafe
o Coffee, Tea, a few bakery items, snacks will be available at the Café for reasonable prices.
o EveningHour’s authentic Coffee will be available in a customized genre and so are the teas.
